We begin by understanding your personal needs and preferences, carefully assessing your individual requirements, and recommending the most suitable investment residence or visa solution for you and your family. The initial consultation is provided free of charge.
Invite You to Become a Pulanbi Client
Before signing a client agreement and collecting fees, we conduct due diligence on you and relevant family members. Once you pass our due diligence, you will become our client and pay a fixed fee for our ongoing services.
Assist You Throughout the Application Process
We assist you in obtaining and compiling all required supporting documents and completing the necessary official application forms. Our guidance and support continue throughout the process, including final submission to the relevant authorities, which is often time-consuming and complex.
Obtain Your New Residence Status
After the competent authority receives your complete application file, it will begin the relevant review process. If your application is approved, the authority will send us an approval-in-principle letter and instruct you to complete the required investment commitments, such as making the investment, paying related fees, and/or fulfilling any other committed payments. Once completed, the authority will issue your residence status documents.
Ongoing Support
If you need any further services related to your residence status, we will continue to provide all necessary assistance. This includes support with annual filings, residence permit renewals, adding dependents or a new spouse to an approved application, and other residence or visa matters you and your family may wish to handle.
